1) QAR: Closed Loop Corrective Action Process (ISO)
This function allows entry of Corrective Action Requests that could originate from customer complaints, internal complaints, safety issues or for vendor issues.
The closed-loop process supports resolution of the request. Steps include:
- recording nonconformances
- applying the disposition of materials
- root cause analysis
- recording the corrective action taken
- verification of resolution of the request
2) Document Management Process: Routing\Viewing (ISO)
This function provides the means for operators to quickly view any document relevant to their immediate task. Revised documents are highlighted in red reminding operators to check for modifications. Documents can be routed for the appropriate sign-offs and then made available based on machines, products, tests, customers, or jobs.
3) Gage Calibration Tracking (ISO)
CalTrackTM allows the user to effectively and efficiently manage gage calibration, an important aspect of quality certification standards. The CalTrack tool is designed to electonically assist in the task of insuring all gages are calibrated and controlled in a timely manner. Easy-to-use reporting helps simplifies the calibration maintenance process, including records of calibrations, procedures, and history required for quality auditing purposes.
CalTrack includes the ability to track both internally and externally calibrated production gages and standards.
Examples of information tracked for each device includes:
- asset\control number
- device location
- statement of procedure
- device status
- standard used
- date of last and next calibration
- calibration results & results history
Calibration readings are recorded and the results reported on an ongoing basis. Gage R&R studies are available in the statistical analysis module.
4) Manual Waste and Downtime Recording
Easy to enter, Downtime and\or Waste records can be recorded with an unlimited number of user defined categories and reasons.
Functionality supports multiple units of measure when defining waste amounts (e.g. square feet of waste may be converted to pounds of waste for ease of use by the business system).
5) Employee Training Log
Set up training requirements by machine, department or job title and schedule to employees as required. Reports provide information on each employees attendance & training status .
